Golf.comI just have to put a plug in for the newish (March?) web site powered by the folks over at CNN/SI and the editors and writers at Golf Magazine. The content is fresh, relevant, and readable. The images play a nice supporting role without dominating the layout. The layout itself is easy to manage as is the simple navigation. Finally the ads are unobtrusive…even the top banner and large right side ad feel like they belong there.

Compared to the four-letter network powered, is like Tiger Woods on a Sunday: hardly any competition. Well, until recently…
